Idea killers are individuals or
statements that discourage creativity and stop ideas before they can
be developed. Common killer phrases are:
- We tried that already
- Won’t work.
- Too expensive.
- Are you sure?
- I don’t understand you.
- Where do we find people to
- I am tired of hearing this.
- You think managers will like this?
- Why would you want to do it that way
- We don’t have enough time to do it.
